Yes, completely. I build a real, working demo of your website before you pay anything. If it is not for you, you owe me nothing and we part on good terms. There is no catch. It is simply the best way to show you what I can do.
Then we adjust it until you're happy, or you walk away at no cost. I only take a deposit once you have approved the design, usually around day four, so you are never paying for something you haven't seen and signed off on.
Completely, and that includes everything. The website, the code, the domain and the content are all yours to keep. You are not renting a template or locked into a platform you can't leave. If you ever want to take it elsewhere or hand it to another developer, you can. It is your property, full stop.
Your call, entirely. If you'd like a set-and-forget arrangement, I offer optional monthly maintenance for updates, fixes and hosting. Or you can take the site and run it yourself. There is no lock-in, and you can cancel a maintenance plan any time with 30 days' notice.
